My Tummy
I feel like I have too much fat in my stomach area, so I shall go running soon. After I just ate, too. It is kind of a pain, but it's worth it if I ever want someone to see me shirtless and not me disgusted. Anyway, I guess I'll go. If I puke, all the better for my look. Naw, just kidding. Hehe, yea that was funny... I'm a funny, funny guy...

Dude, if you run after you eat, you'll just get cramps and that's just a fail. It's proven you'll build more muscle mass and lose weight faster if you exercise on an empty stomache and eat like an hour or so after. And I'm sure you aren't as bad as you think you are.
ReplyDeleteMaybe. I did just jog non-stop for about six minutes, so I guess not. Also, I just thought of running after eating, so that's why.
